“Graham has an amazingly versatile voice, from funky to country to bluesy to mainstream, smooth as you please.”
– Rik Emmett, Lead Singer/Guitarist of Triumph
“I don’t usually wait to see the full set of a band, but Graham’s music drew me in. Every song was so good I wanted to hear what the next song will be. Great songs, great singing, great guitar playing, and great band. I left feeling like there’s hope for music again.”
– Pat Rush (Allman Brothers band, Johnny Winter, Jeff Healey)

Biography
Graham Ko makes music that lives in the sweet spot between heartfelt storytelling and soul-stirring musicianship. With a voice as smooth as it is emotive and guitar playing that speaks its own language, Graham blends North American Roots music with Soul, into a sound that feels timeless yet entirely his own. When he steps onto a stage, his vibrant melodies and deeply felt lyrics create an irresistible energy—one that captivates audiences.
Graham’s musical journey began at just nine years old, performing in musical theatre, film, and television. A defining moment came early on when Canadian icon Jann Arden witnessed one of his performances and encouraged him to follow his musical dreams. That spark led him to earn a Bachelor of Music with honours from Humber College, where he studied under legendary guitarist/singer-songwriter Rik Emmett of Triumph. Under Emmett’s mentorship, Graham honed his voice as a songwriter and developed guitar skills that anchors his sound today.
Graham has brought his music to stages big and small across Canada, the U.S., and Japan—from intimate folk venues to bigger stages like Calgary’s Saddledome for the Canadian Country Music Awards, where he performed as part of the house band. His journey has also taken him to Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, and across Tokyo and Okinawa.
Along the way, Graham has shared the stage with some of Canada’s most beloved artists, performing in the house band for the Canadian Hall of Fame induction afterparty; celebrating the induction of Glass Tiger and Sum 41. Whether backed by his band or standing alone with his guitar, Graham’s artistry as a singer-songwriter defines his shows—blending heartfelt storytelling with soulful musicianship.
Now back in the studio working on his next album, Graham continues to evolve his sound while staying true to the musical traditions that shaped him. Wherever the road leads, his songs carry the heart, honesty, and searching spirit of an artist rooted in tradition, but always reaching for something new.
